We encourage the one-time use of the 72dpi images presented within our photo images section for educational purposes only, such as a school project, essay or report.

Any other use of said images  is not allowed for any reason unless authorized in writing by Hummingbird Services.

All we ask in return is that you credit each image used from the Cy Hampson Collection as:

and credit each other image used as:

when using these photos for your project, assignment or essay.

FlyingSquirrels.com is the sole authorized distributor for the Cy Hampson  images. These images, and many more that are not presented in the Photo Gallery, are available in various high resolution formats for commercial use.

We are often asked by NPO's to donate the use of our images. While we appreciate there is no harm in asking for free use of our images, we do not. However, we do offer discounted rates to non-profits. The proceeds of our image sales support the costs associated with the keeping of the FlyingSquirrels.com website, and more importantly, the delivery of our educational work. Therefore, we do not entertain requests for use of our images without recompense.
